I was so happy to find this place and be able to introduce my fiance to this type of food. I had only had baleadas in Honduras before but was was glad to find this so close to where we live. The restaurant is a little off the beaten path. The baleadas are huge. I was used to small ones in Honduras so we definitely ordered too much our first time. But they are delicious. The white sauce is so good. Get extra :) They also have some standard items for those afraid to try new things lol my Fiancé got a BEC his first time there before I got him to branch out and try a baleada. The baleadas are made fresh to order. Tortillas seem homemade. They have so many options and hot food ready in a display case for easy grab and go too.
